Delivery Information
✉️ Royal Mail Delivery
We partner exclusively with Royal Mail to ensure your treatments are delivered safely and reliably across the UK. Once your consultation is approved by our prescribers and dispensed by our pharmacy team, you will receive a tracking link.
100% Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is our priority. All orders are dispatched in plain, unbranded packaging. There are no pharmacy logos, and absolutely no indication of what is inside the package (such as "Weight Loss" or "Hair Loss" clinic labels).
Dispatch Times
Orders approved by our clinical team before our daily cut-off time will be dispensed and dispatched the same working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Returns & Cancellations
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before your medication has been dispatched.
To cancel an order, please log into your account dashboard or contact our support team immediately. If your clinical consultation is rejected by our prescribers, your order is automatically cancelled and refunded.
Why we cannot accept returns
By UK law, and for strict health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on prescription medications once they have left the pharmacy premises.
Even if the package remains unopened, returned medicines cannot be restocked or reused. They must be safely destroyed. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for orders that have already been dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or if you have received the incorrect medication, please contact our pharmacy team within 48 hours of delivery. Do not consume any damaged medication. We will arrange a safe disposal and send a replacement immediately.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can halt the dispensing process and issue your refund.
